Vundo realy sucks

November 20th, 2008    Subscribe To Our Feed

Vundo is one of the worst spyware programs you can be infected with. Not only do you have to deal with all the pop-ups and re-directs but other spyware programs seem to keep getting installed on your computer as well. If you are infected with Vundo we suggest heading over to this dedicated Vundo site.

There you will find several articles on how to remove Vundo from your computer. You should also check out the Vundo removal page they have setup. It lists about 10 free programs that you can use and they are all free.

Remember that this spyware program only gets worse with time. The longer you wait the harder it will be for you to remove and the more it may end up costing you. If you are unsure how to remove vundo from your computer then consider hiring a pro to remove this spyware threat for you. We suggest this Computer Repair company. These guys do an awesome job and at a very cheap price. They login remotely into your computer using screen sharing software and fully remove all traces of not only Vundo but any others you may have. For the cost it is by far the better way to go.

Not all anti-virus and anti-spyware programs are able to fully remove Vundo from computers.  Some very popular ones like Norton and Mcafee can not seem to fully remove this strain.  There are tools out there however that can get you up and going for those that want to repair their own computer.

Regardless of what method you choose you should consider purchasing software to protect your computer. Chances are you did not have any protection before and that is why you got infected or you were relying on free software to protect you computer. Doing this will only lead to headaches down the road.

Realities Behind CRM Tools and Applications

November 19th, 2008    Subscribe To Our Feed

CRM Software  is the ultimate need is the ultimate need for every business. CRM Application allows an organization to automate the production proposal for their clients and prospects. CRM software organizes all aspects of the upcoming test, checks inventory for the testing supplies and even orders the materials needed for testing. CRM software is used to support these processes, storing information on customers and prospective customers. Information in the system can be accessed and entered by employees in different departments, such as sales , marketing , customer service , training , professional development , performance management, human resource development , and compensation .

CRM Software (Cusotmer Relationship Management) is the generic term for software that helps companies to maintain and improve the quality of their relationships with customers. By storing information about customers and prospective customers centrally, and distributing that information to all departments, all company representatives are able to see a complete view of the customer, irrespective of their particular role. CRM Software can be as basic as a simple database that holds the contact information, or you can use it to send email, direct mail, and postcards all on a set schedule. CRM Software is a tremendous tool for salespeople that are looking to take it to the next level. CRM software can help to move you beyond those limitations and put firm-wide management at your fingertips.

CRM software can also help you retain existing customers and gain new ones. Key elements of CRM allow a business to collect and maintain valuable data such as customer contacts and history of purchases; maintain profiles of customer preferences; improve customer communication channels; and identify new selling opportunities. CRM Software should be a salespersons best friend. It doesn’t matter if you’re a small business owner, working in a large organization, or an independent sales rep, a good contact management software is a necessary tool for you to keep your pipeline organized and full of qualified leads.

Customer Relationship Management Software can be a major undertaking, with the cost for many systems over several million dollars and the implementation period lasting a year or more. Before making a commitment like this, every business should ask if they require a full CRM Software program . Customer information acquired from sales, marketing, customer service, and support is captured and stored in a centralised database . The system may provide data-mining facilities that support an opportunity management system . Customized Software Applications continue to hold an important position in the software solutions chain even though there is an increasing shift towards packaged solutions. Business dynamics and growth will ensure that the requirements are always ahead of the available packages and hence the need for customized solutions.

Customer Relationship Management CRM software has played a very important role for large corporations in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of sales, marketing, and customer service. There have been both successes and failures in implementing these very expensive solutions.

Web based CRM enables the business owner to quick view marketing wins and losses. Track the success of multi-channel advertising efforts. CRM software’s marketing functionality needs to promote new product or a service through multiple channels with unified message. Where the marketing functionality leaves off by creating leads, sales force automation needs to pick up the thread seamlessly, from qualification to closure of such leads. CRM software provides the organization, management, delivery and automation to achieve the CRM strategy. Effective CRM software will facilitate the understanding, anticipating and responding to the needs of your customer in both an efficient and effective manner.

Resign your job today and make money online now

November 18th, 2008    Subscribe To Our Feed

It almost sounds a stupid question to ask because you would think that anyone would make online money now. That is not always the situation. You know there are hundreds of internet money schemes that help you make money fast online.

You will only actually make money if you do something. Knowing what to do is not the same as doing something. You must put this stuff into action. When you purchase an internet marketing course do you leave it on the side or do you jump in and take action.

The only person who can break through this inertia is you and you need to have a positive mindset to succeed. If you do not think like this then you have to change the way you think. Change for one day will not do it. Befroe even considering make a start to your very own online money machine I recommend you review who you are. Make new friends with people who are successful. If you have friends who always bring you down then ditch them.

To succeed you will also need to become disciplined in your daily schedule to get everything done. If you are overweight or smoke or have any other bad habits try and get rid of them. To make money online now you must take on a completely new approach to your life.

All this sounds completely pie in the sky I’m sure but I know it is possible. I have the proof as I have followed this path myself. In 1989 I was in a job that I hated and my live was very humdrum. Then something happened and I made up my mind things are going change and get better. I decided to resign from my boring job and set out in business for myself. I lost 5 stones in weight and changed my circle of friends and now enjoy the success that I didn’t have. This is something you have to decide. Are you going to? Or not?

Learn G-Code and CNC principles today

November 18th, 2008    Subscribe To Our Feed

cnc tutorials

G-Code is the common name for the programming language of CNC Machines.Somewhat of a general, catchall term for CNC programming language.  Very few machines adhere to this standard today.  There are as many varations as there are manufacturers.

Here is how I think of G-Code.  It is a simple language built off of the Cartesian Coordinate System for motion control.  That is a mouthful.  I don’t know if that is exactly right, but you will get my meaning in a second when we go through some code line by line. You will remember your high school geometry lessons very quickly.  For the real pros out there, you know there is much more to G-Code then that, but it is a good place to start thinking about it.

You will see many variations of the G-Code name like:
Gcode
gcode
G-Code
g-code
G Code
G-Code

Are there other “Codes?”
In a word…Yes.We will get to that information in just a minute.  G-code is also the name of any command in a CNC program that begins with the letter G.  G-Codes generally tell the machine to perform an action.  G-Codes can tell machines to move a certain distance in the X-Axis for example.Or, make a quick move to another location.  Or, move in an arcing fashion while milling.  An on and on and on.

Here are some examples of G-Codes
Remember these codes change to a certain degree between CAM Software packages and CNC Machine Manufacturers.
G00 Rapid positioning
G01 Linear interpolation
G02 CW circular interpolation
G03 CCW circular interpolation
G04 Dwell
G20 Programming in inches
G21 Programming in mm
G28 Return to home position
G40 Tool radius compensation off
G41 Tool radius compensation left
G42 Tool radius compensation right
G43 Tool offset compensation positive
G44 Tool offset compensation negative

Why does G-Code Change?
We humans like flexibility.  We also like standards.  G-Codes are standardized in a certain sense.  Once you start to be able to read it, you can read just about any flavor of it.  That is the standardized part.
All machines are not created alike.  Even identical machines are different to a certain degree.  They may not have the same tools loaded or they have been slightly modified to produce a certain type of part.Isn’t it interesting how people like to customize things.

That is why g-code programs are not the same.  You need some flexibility in the programming to accommodate all situations.  Couple that with the fact that every manufacturer thinks their version is the best and you get a myriad of G-Codes out there.

Many CNC machine manufacturers try to force you to only use their G-Code.  For example, they give you a design interface to make parts and a CAM interface to produce code.  They lock you into their “Black Box” so you can’t go elsewhere for service and support.  They lock you in their “Family.”  Sometimes they make up a completely different kind of G-Code language that no one can understand but them.  They do that to keep your hands tied up.

What is an M-Code?

M-Codes are related to G-Codes.  M-Codes control different machine functions. Some of these different functions are turning the CNC machine off and on.Flipping the spindle on or off.  Turning a plasma torch on or off.  Turning coolant on or off.  You get the idea.  When programming your CNC machine you may need to perform these functions.
Like G-Code, M-Codes vary from manufacturer to manufacturer and from machine to machine.  As you can imagine you would need an M-Code for turning a plasma torch on and off on a CNC Plasma Cutting Machine. You don’t need an M-code to turn a CNC machine spindle on and off though.  Hey, the machine doesn’t even have a spindle.  It’s a plasma cutter!

What is Computer Aided Design/Computer Aided Manufacturing?

November 17th, 2008    Subscribe To Our Feed

You might hear the term CAD-CAM from time to time.  It is basically a merging of the two pieces.  A software manufacturer tries to pick up more marketshare by doing this.  They also keep you locking into their “system” by going with the whole package at once.

A lot of the time, this is a good thing.  Same or similar interface on both pieces of software.  Quick flow between pieces and easy file management.  You have to evaluate it for yourself though.  There are many times in life where two or more tools are combined to produce a less then stellar result.

CAD/CAM Article
Here is an article I pulled up that describes the past and future direction of CAD/CAM.I thought it was important as you hear these two terms used together all the time.  They are two different and distinct parts of the process, but some software makers make both products and sell them together.

CAD/CAM: Past, Present and Future
By Katrina C. Arabe

Before CAD/CAM technology, drafts, calculations and product design involved pencil, paper and a seemingly endless succession of blueprints. CAD/CAM’s ongoing enhancement has made the process easier, but with the latest slew of features, some users actually find less is more.
Virtually every manmade product has been designed and manufactured using a CAD/CAM program. CAD/CAM, or Computer Aided Design/Computer Aided Manufacturing, is utilized in every facet of industry; from designing phones to plotting out toolpaths in die and mold shops. Although the users of CAD/CAM technology may, at times, feel frustrated by how often its software is updated, the fact is that CAD/CAM has close to five decades of history stretching almost as far back as the computer.

CAD/CAM, like the digital computer, had its inception in the military. In the mid-1950s the U.S. Air Force began testing an air defense system known as SAGE (Semi Automatic Ground Environment) to graphically depict data received on radar systems. The first computer actually rendering a program, SAGE was conceived at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). In 1960, computer scientists at MIT produced yet another project called Sketchpad, an application that is now considered to be the first design program with industrial use. A similar program sprouted up at General Motors soon after. At that time, mainframes were still large enough to take up entire rooms.

During the 1960’s CAD/CAM technology continued to evolve and spread to other areas. Automotive companies were the first to adopt the technology, and used it primarily to design automobile bodies. It then quickly spread to other sectors of industry, which were only too eager to abandon traditional pen and paper methods of drafting. By 1973, CAD/CAM was being used to design industrial tools. Midway through the decade, the 19-inch monitor came out, which meant that drawings could be viewed larger than the previous standard of 11 inches. In the second half of the 70s, solid modeling CAD software became readily available. It allowed users to take “geometric primitives” (basic geometric shapes such as boxes and cones) and combine them using Boolean operations. In 1982, Autodesk made CAD/CAM history when it released the first version of AutoCAD, which soon became the premiere software platform for automobile design.
At times, the history of CAD/CAM seems like the plot of a spy novel. In 1984, a Hungarian scientist named Gabor Bajor, succeeded in smuggling two Macintosh computers into his Communist-controlled homeland. With the intent of writing a 3D CAD program, Bajor and his teenage assistant used the illegal computers to create just that program, and started the Graphsoft Company. In 1985, Diehl Graphsoft introduced MiniCAD to the market, which would be considered the industry standard for CAD on the Mac. The same year Autodesk unveiled AutoCAD 2.1. Complete with 3D capabilities, AutoCAD 2.1 was another breakthrough that transformed design in the auto industry. In the late 80’s and early 90’s, CAD/CAM giant Unigraphics took its place as a major industry player by partnering with industry powerhouses such as General Motors, UNIX, GE and Boeing.

During the early 1990s, Unigraphics introduced hybrid modeling, which featured both traditional modeling and advanced parametric techniques. By the end of 1994, over one million units of AutoCAD had been sold, and by the end of 1995, there were about 350,000 users of generic CAD/CAM reported worldwide. In 1996, General Motors signed the largest contract in CAD/CAM’s history by selecting Unigraphics as its sole vendor for vehicle development software. Soon afterwards, Unigraphics would once again transform the medium by releasing CAD/CAM software that allowed for the definition, control and evaluation of product templates. Another major advance in CAD/CAM occurred IN 1999 when Think3, a “Johnny-come-lately” to the world of CAD/CAM, introduced the first mechanical design software that could fully combine the power of parametric solids, advanced surfacing, wireframe and two-dimensional drafting on the desktop in one environment. Subsequently, a plethora of software vendors has surfaced, inundating the market with competing CAD/CAM platforms AND causing designers to be alternately pleased and confused by the sheer number of options available to them.

At present, CAD/CAM continues its steady path of progress. Much of this progress is in the form of refining past innovations to make them more efficient and user friendly. A groundbreaking CAD/CAM innovation has not occurred for a number of years, which seems to indicate that another sweeping change is just around the corner — or maybe not. Despite the advent of 3D CAD/CAM, many CAD/CAM users still prefer to render designs in 2D. Thus, recent 3D innovations such as animated “walk-throughs” (a technique that allows designers to visually move in and around the rendered model, and see it from every possible angle) are still largely underused. The same is true of the bevy of collaboration tools currently available to the CAD/CAM user. The ability to combine CAD/CAM, with finite-element analysis and the accessibility of simulation and knowledge management, has yet to be fully embraced. Perhaps, it is in one of these areas that the next CAD/CAM breakthrough will occur. One thing that can be said with a degree of certainty is that research and development are currently ahead of user demand. When, and if, the garden-variety CAD/CAM user decides that they need to expand their range of capabilities, they will find a world of cutting-edge CAD/CAM tools at their disposal.

Different Options Available For Web Hosting

November 17th, 2008    Subscribe To Our Feed

You will need to look into a web hosting account, whether you are setting up a personal site with which the family can share photographs and information or looking to get your business on the internet. When you finally make the decision to put your business or personal life online, you will find many different options for web hosting and the service you choose will largely depend on the type of internet home you plan to build.

Some companies offer free web hosting that allows you a certain amount of bandwidth every month and for many personal sites, this will be sufficient, but businesses may not have enough access to their sites with the typically limited amount of bandwidth offered at no charge. Commonly, many companies offer free services at around fifty megabytes of bandwidth per month. If families are going to post a lot of photographs on their site, these free web hosting offers may not be enough to handle the load.

The amount of bandwidth is not only for the content of the site, it also includes the information sent to and from the site be you and any visitors to the site, which is very important to understand when looking into web hosting. An average picture can eat up as much as two megabytes by itself, leaving the available space on your web hosting account likely insufficient for your purposes.

Available Scripts Another Important Consideration

When choosing web hosting, the type of information included on your site must also be considered, as some services do not offer the use of all scripts available for internet use. For example, if you plan to upload music onto your site, such as a family sing along, if the service is unable to offer streaming audio on the web hosting service, it may not be the best service you could choose.

Prices for web hosting can also vary tremendously, typically based on the bandwidth available, the amount of storage space you will have on the web hosting company’s servers, the number of email accounts included and many other factors. The company’s reputation for being available is the one thing that should be on top of the list.

Some of the free or least expensive web hosting services have excellent reputations for being up and running. In most instances, a 99 percent up time is considered the standard, meaning your web site will likely show an error or be unavailable only one percent of the time.

Whether you are looking to start a business or personal site, you will want to look into a web hosting account. Make sure you pick the right hosting plan for your wants. Visit http://www.webhosting.jsgenterprises.com for more web hosting articles.
